Trailer Race Rules Cars and Trucks
1. Any type of car, truck, or van welcome. Any truck will be rear wheel drive only (if was a 4x4 front drive shaft must be removed). Cars will be in a separate event with trucks, vans, and SUVs in a separate event.  Less than 15 vehicles in each race we will combine cars and trucks
2. All glass, plastic, wheel weights, lights, and air bags must be removed. With exception of the front windshield. If windshield is removed you must have a shield or minimum three strands of 9 wire, chain or three bars to protect the driver. And face shield or goggles must be worn.
3. All interior carpet and other flammable material must be removed and interior must be cleaned out. (trash, broken glass, etc.)
4. Trailers must be minimum of 6 feet long by 4 feet wide. This is measured from the rear of the vehicle where the trailer attaches to the tail of the trailer. All trailer must meet this rule prior to pulling on the track or you will NOT race.  NO PIPE TRAILERS ALLOWED. All trailers must have two wheels, no single wheel trailers allowed. We STRONGLY recommend boat trailers and pop up campers.
5. All vehicles need to have trailers securely mounted on the back of the vehicle. No trailers should be mounted inside the trunk or bed of truck. ALL TRAILERS WILL BE MOUNTED TO THE BUMPER!
6. Stock fuel tanks are ok Aftermarket fuel tanks must be securely mounted behind the passenger seat or in the bed. If you relocate the fuel tank a fire wall between the driver and fuel tank is mandatory. (Marine type fuel types ok)
7. Battery must be securely mounted in stock location or inside the car. If you mount inside the car it must be secure and not able to move.
8. Hood and trunk latches, and wheel weights must be removed and wired down. Doors also need chained or welded shut.
9. Safety is goal. Racing suits are recommended but not mandatory. However a long sleeve shirt, pants and gloves are required. We will check before entering the track.
10. Helmet is required with a neck brace being highly recommended.
11. All car will have a door bar to be welded or bolted inside driver’s door from the a-pillar to the b-pillar for driver’s safety. Bar may be mounted inside or outside of the driver’s door as long as it goes from the A pillar to the B pillar.. No exhaust pipe (thick gage square or round tube preferred)
12. Tires  only Dot tires allowed. No Tractor tires allowed. Snow and mud tires are ok.
13. All cars must be complete before bringing the car to the track. No gutting of cars or busting out glass at the track allowed. WHEN YOU PULL IN THE GATE YOUR CAR MUST BE READY TO RACE. Any car not meeting these rules will not be allowed to race.
  ALL VEHICLES MUST PAST TECH TO RACE NO EXCEPTIONS Official’s destruction is final
 
Pole Race, Fox and Hound, Pace Car Race, Backwards Race

  ** Drivers door hits will not be tolerated. Any intentional driver’s door hit will be loss of all money and points for the night and a 2 event suspension (next two Night of Destructions) This goes for ALL EVENTS. Also drivers are responsible for the actions of their crew and members. This includes anyone in YOUR pit area as well as teammates **
